I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the community using my skills as a massage therapist. I am a life-long learner, and this field affords me the chance to grow as a professional indefinitely. Understanding each person’s health journey is unique and allows me to tailor my skills to your needs.

I do believe the most important skills are to be present, listen and hold space. I have a caring and intuitive style; this is apparent across the many modalities I use such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, MFT, Treatments, Shiatsu, etc. I am looking forward to helping clients achieve their health goals including pain relief, stress management, improved range of motion and health education. Here’s to living well!
