Cancellation Policies
Please be advised of the policies for our services. Once your appointment is confirmed by any means of communication by our staff. You signify the acceptance of these policies.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19 and/or other contagious illnesses, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand. We request our clients to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Rescheduling less than a 24-hour period will be charged in advance. If a couple-massage is booked, please make sure to cancel both appointments unless informing us to keep one. We will charge the full price of a booking session for a no-show or cancellation at less than 24 hours of a notice with no exception. We pay our therapists for their time.
Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time for the booked appointment. For the first-time client, please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a massage intake.
Sickness and Contraindication
We love to have you with us today, but massage therapy is not appropriate for certain medical conditions such as infectious or contagious illnesses, high fever, recent surgeries, DVT, severe hypertension, pitted edema, open wounds, active cancers, intoxication, bleeding disorders, pregnancy with eclampsia. For your safety, please cancel your appointment. Consult with your primary care providers before booking a massage session. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Gift Certificate Policies
1. Gift certificates to be redeemed either at our studios or outcalls.
2. Gift certificates must be present at the time of checkout.
3. Gift certificates can't be exchanged for cash,
4. Gift certificates are non-transferable or resale is prohibited
5. Gift certificates are not refundable after 24 hours of the transaction.
6. If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances.
7. Values of gift certificates are not expired
Booking a gift for someone
We appreciate your business. When you book a session online for someone else as a gift, for a first-time client, we ask you to send a picture of your cc or Venmo payment in advance. This helps to avoid any fraudulent.
